I picked up a hoodie and a shirt from Teddy Fresh, i was happy when they arrived. The hoodie feels thick, soft, and cozy in that way that makes you want to wear it immediately, and the colors looked just like they did in the photos.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. It definitely feels a bit expensive, which stings a little, but I will say everything has held up well after washing so far, so I don’t regret buying it

I ordered my usual size the fit was ridiculous. The sleeves were way too long, but somehow it was still tight in the chest, which made no sense. The stuff is cute, but for the price, dealing with this kind of sizing nonsense is frustrating.

I grabbed a hoodie when it was on sale, i’m kind of surprised it felt worth it. I wouldn’t say it’s cheap, and I’m not sure I’d pay full price, but the fabric is nice and heavy and it hasn’t fallen apart after a few washes. If they run another deal, I’d probably buy one again

I ordered a hoodie and the tracking ended up getting stuck for a few days, which had me a little worried because it was meant for my brother. I emailed customer service to check on it, and it took about a day to hear back. Not super fast, but not terrible either.

The person who replied was really nice and seemed to actually look into the issue instead of just sending a generic response. They gave me an updated tracking status, and thankfully the hoodie showed up the next week.

I’m giving 4 stars just because the wait made me nervous for a bit. But overall, the support was helpful, the hoodie arrived, and I’d probably order from them again

I ordered a hoodie and it shipped out faster than I thought it would. The tracking was okay for the most part, though it did sit in the same spot for like two days, which was a little annoying. The package showed up in good shape and everything was correct, so overall I’d say the delivery was good. Not perfect, but no real complaints.

The exchange itself went through fine, so no major complaints there, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little slower than expected. Has anyone else had the same issue with refunds taking a while?

I really love the colors and the weird-cute style. They’re just fun without feeling too much, and they’re easy to wear with a lot of outfits. I also reached out with a quick question and support was basically like, “No worries, we can help with that,” which made the whole experience feel really easy.

This brand has stolen designs in the past and very few pieces have looked kind of nice and maybe not embarrassing to wear in public. Don’t buy pls
